ByteVouch eVoucher

ByteVouch eVouchers are digital prepaid products issued by an independent provider and are not linked to any bank or financial institution. ByteVouch does not hold customer funds, and vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. They must be redeemed according to the applicable terms at the time of issuance.

📌 Validity & Expiration: ByteVouch eVouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. After this period, any remaining balance will expire and cannot be refunded. Any unused balance remains on the voucher and can be used for future purchases. Up to three (3) ByteVouch vouchers can be combined in a single transaction.

⚖ Legal & Compliance: By purchasing and using a ByteVouch, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions. Swiss law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland. Unauthorized resale, fraud, money laundering, or misuse of ByteVouch eVouchers is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, account suspension, or cancellation of the voucher. ByteVouch cannot be used for unlawful activities, including gambling where restricted by law.

💳 Payment & Usage: ByteVouch can only be used for purchasing products and services on authorized websites. It cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are available in fixed denominations: USD (5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200) and EUR (10, 25, 50, 100, 200).

💰 VAT & Fees: No VAT is charged when purchasing ByteVouch. However, purchases made using ByteVouch may be subject to applicable VAT. Authorized resellers may apply a surcharge to the face value of ByteVouch. This surcharge is set by the reseller, not by ByteVouch.

🛠 Security & Liability: ByteVouch is equivalent to cash. Lost, stolen, or misused vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Customers are fully responsible for keeping their eVouchers secure. In case of technical issues preventing redemption, please contact our support team for assistance.

🚨 Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to block, cancel, or request an alternative form of payment if fraudulent activity is suspected. ByteVouch transactions are monitored to prevent illegal activities, and any violations will be reported to relevant authorities.
